TRANS-ATLANTIC TELEPHONES. PLANS ADVANCED. LONDON, March 3. Plans are well advanced lor the installation of the first trans-Atlantic exclusively telephone cable from the United States to Britain. B.S. American Telephone- Company and Telegraph Company and the British Post Office have agreed to co-operate in service in conjunction with the present wireless telephony .which necessarily is subject to atmospheric interruptions.
