To-night at the presentation of prizes on Cass Square the Rotorua party by “Run,” will by special request present their Maori cum Pakelia ha'ka. In connexion with the School Excursion to Arthur’s Pass on Wednesday net the train will leave Hokitika at 7.30. a.m. arriving back at 8.15. Tickets will be available on Monday at School, Gas Office and Armstrongs.—Advt. The death took place at Westland Hospital on Thursday of Myrtle, the three year-old daughter of Air and Airs A NcNeill of Ruatapu .after a short illness. 'The funeral took place yesterday morning, Rev. Father McKay conducting the services. Patrons to Cass Square this afternoon will have the opportunity of seeing the Hawera team in a special item which will he presented by request of the local Committee for the benefit of visitors who have not seen the team previously in action.
