At tlie Supreme Court to-day the Crown Prosecutor stated lie had been authorised to apply for nolle prosequi in regard to the two remaining indictments of theft against Denis Costello. The application was granted and accused discharged. Joshua. Thomas Carson, for indecent assault, was sentenced to reformative detention not exceeding two years. Alexander Cairns, for bigamy, to twelve months’ imprisonment. Frederick William Bennett, for bigamy was sentenced to twelve months. Tn divorce—A decree nisi was granted Charlotte Olsen. ——————
