TO HON. SIR J. CARROLL. (By Telegraph—Press Association). GISBORNE, Fel). 29. It is expected that 2,000 natives will assemble at Gisborne by Saturday for the unveiling of the memorial to Sir James Carroll. Thu hui will extend over three days. Very complete arrangements are being made for accommodation and entertaining the visitors at the Park and racecourse.. Sir A. Ngata arrived yesterday and the Premier Avill be present, on Sunday for the unveiling ceremony.
