PRINCE’S LEVEE
(United Pres*, Association—By Electric 'Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 9. a.m.) LONDON, February 27. Snow, heralding London’s icy snap, prevented the Prince of Wales’ ceremonial drive in a State coach to St. James to hold the first levee on behalf fff the King. Instead, the Prince of Wales, in a Guard’s uniform, bushy and Great Coat, walked across • the Ambassadors Court, much, to tbe disappointment of crowds huddled along the processional route. There was a brilliant assemblage of uniformed officials, diplomats, military and naval officials.
