“LOVE HUNGRY.” TO-NIGHT.
“Love Hungry,” Victor Heermin’s second comedy-drama for Fox Films,

ronce Gray, will open at the Princess Theatre to-night. It is a modern story of a'-New '-York girl. In this production, -written by -Victor Heerman
and Randall H. Faye, Miss Moran, as
Joan Robinson, is a chorus girl who -Y'has her own ideas about love and the ’'attendant, responsibilities: When she meets Tom -Harvey, played by Law-rence-Gray, Joan is first amused and then somewhat nettled-when she finds him, in his capacity as a writer, handing out advice through his column in a newspaper to young men and women to get married and have no fear of the future; This, according to Joan, is pretty tame advice to give wouldbe bridegrooms verging on bankruptcy. But' Tom thinks he is right, inasmuch as he is already in love with the vivacious chorus girl, and he decides
he will leave nothing undone in his
efforts to prove to Joan that the marVriwl state is the only state. In the *** ehauing sequences, which move rapidly toward a satisfactory h«t altogether surprising climax.' Joan undergoes some of the most thrilling experiences df her young life. Around this situation the authors have built what is said to be the most convincing story to come out of the film capital-in recent months. The greater part of the action is laid in the heart of New York. There is a strong supporting cast, 'headed' by Edythe Chapman and Janies 'Neill. John Patrick is cast as the. menace. Marjorie Beebe, one of the most popular comediennes in is seen with 'Miss Mot an as an' energetic chorus “pal” who wants to see her chorus -girl friend do well.
