STATEMENT ON POSITION. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, February 1(5. Referring to reports I rum Washington regarding naval disarmament, the Foreign Office has issued a statement that the situation is unchanged since Sir A. Olnuni crlain informed the House of Commons on (itii February. Britain lias been engaged .since in an examination of “all questions concerning relations with America and naval conditions of the two countries.” This examination is being diligently prosecuted. When it is concluded, ihe first step will be to communicate results to the Dominions for consideration of their views. It is unlikely, thcreilore, that the British Government will be. in a position to make* a further communication for some time.
