THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14th. (Before W. Meldrum, Esq., S.M.) James Milne for allowing more than two persons on a motor cycle on which no side-car was attached, was convicted and fined os and - costs 10s. For not having a number and plate affixed he was also fined 5s and costs 10s. On charges of being on licensed premises unlawfully, two offenders (Club Hotel) were convicted. One' was fined 40s and costs 10s 'and the other ordered to pay costs 10s. On a charge of keeping open during closing hours, J. Devanev, licensee of the Club Hotel, pleaded guilty and was fined 40s and costs 10s. DEBT CASES. { Westland County Council (Park and Murdoch) v. J. D, McKay, claim £3B 2s 3d. Judgment by default with costs £9 18s 6d. C. T. Woolhouse v. G. Pfahlert, claim £7 11s Id. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 32s 6d. Chas. Pfahlert v. Robert Fraiser, claim £5 8s Id. .Judgment for plaintiff with costs 30s 6d.
