CIVIL SERVANTS. LONDON, Feb. 13. In the House of Commons, Captain D. Margcsson (Conservative), in reply to a question, said that there had been conversations between the British and the Irish Free State Governments’ representatives on the question of British civil servants in Ireland desiring to retire from the Irish Civil Service under Article Ton of the Irish Treaty. These have resulted in ail agreement. The terms would later i>e announced in the House of Commons and in the Bail Eircnnn.
REGULATING NEWSPAPER COMPETITIONS. (Received this day at 10.30. a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13. In the House of Commons, Mr Braitlnvaite introduced a Bill to permit newspaixM' competitions forecasting football results.
