CONCLUSION OF A CONVENTION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Fob. 11. Mr Locker Lampson stated in Hie House of Commons that negotiations have for some time been proceeding between United States, Great Britain and Iraq for tbe conclusion of a convention, similar to the Anglo-Ameri-can Convention regarding Palestine, to regularise relations between I nited States and Iraq and the status of United States citizens in that country. It is hoped these negotiations may lead to the signature of the proposed convention at an early date.
