General Booth declares that he does not desire to destroy the 1991 Deed. He is only resorting to the Courts because (In- action under that Deed which is now with precedent, lining meditated, necessitates an immediate legal decision as to whether the Deed is valid. II it is not. it must he altered and .strengthened, because the essential features of the Deed must remain part of the Army’s constitution.
