WORLD REVOLUTION
A NEW MOVEMENT. (United Press Association—By Electric Teleg. ..ph—Copyright). LONTJON, Feb. 11. The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent reports: A pact to stir up a world revolution and to light strong government whercever it is found, and starting in Italy and Spain, hasbeen signed, on beliall/* of Italian revolutionists, by Eugenio Cliiesa (an e.x-Minister), Eascinottiex (a Deputy), and by Senors Unamuno and Gasset, on behalf of Spanish radicals. The jpnet is described as an alliance of Ttalo-Spanish Republicans. It follows on the repeated failures n'i anti-Fascists to overthrow the Mussolini and De Rivera Governments. It pledge tbe parties to combine by all means in their power to do this. It also proposes an attempt to persuade the League of Nations to exclude Italy and Spain, on the grounds that their Governments are •.incompatible with the League’s democratic spirit.
Tbe ■ correspondent adds:— ’lbe Italian anti-Fascists are. for the most part, seeking refuge in the south east of France. Premier De Rivera’s opponents* headquarters are partly in Paris and partly at Joandcnluz and at luxurious villas between Biarritz and the Spanish frontier.
