WATER MAIN BURSTS
LONDON FLOODED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright)(Received this day at 10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 8. There was another remarkable watermain burst in West End apparently due to traffic vibration. Wood blocks were heaved up over a long stretch of roadway at Lancaster Gate. Soon a river was. flowing alongside Hyde Park where tbe basements of houses were rapidly filled, necessitating a policy of rally to arouse the tenants.
