BOOTH’S CLAIMS. VIFETING OF COUNCIL. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.--Copyright.) LONDON. Feb. 8. The parties to the Salvation Army dispute have been mutually arranged. Mr W. A. Jowitt. K.C.. will present General Booth’s case to the High Council on tho Wednesday sitting in London. No further meetings at Sunbury. owing to tlie inconvenience of travelling. are intended at present. As soon as Mr Jowitt lias finished, the Council will submit to adjudication a resolution. If the Sunbury majority is repeated, the Council will proceed to the election of, a new General. Probably tbe election will be a straight out fight between Commissioner Higgins and Eva Booth. It is recalled that five were nominated at Sunbury. b"t Commissioners flay. Lamb and Rich dropped out alter the feeling of the meeting was tested: and it is not expected that they will seek re-noininaliou.
