Clear proof of Communist inspiration in the Colombo riots was given injoj.be Legislature to-day, when the Colonial Secretary made a statement that Labour supporters took no hand in the disturbances, and the police fired in self-defence. He paid a tribute to the admirable manner in which the police behaved throughout.
