SERIES OF CASES. DUNEDIN, Fell. B. The Supreme Court sessions were continued to-day before Mr Justice -MacGregor. Thomas Gordon Boyd appeared on charges of breaking and entering the premises of Glendcrmid Ltd., and stealing money and goods valued at Cl 7Us Id, and breaking and entering the warehouse of M. Darcy and Co., and stealing goods valued at Cl ILs; also breaking and entering the premises of Frederick .John Townsend, and stealing jewellery valued at CiiOO. He was found guilty on the first and second counts and guilty on the third count with a recommendation to mercy. He was remanded for sentence. Hume Matthew Booby was charged i. with the theft of a LSO note from a mail named John Merry, and was found guilty, being remanded for sen- ■, tonce. | John Williams was charged with breaking and entering a dwelling house and stealing articles of clothing valued at £lB, also with stealing articles from a dwelling, and further with receiving articles from some person or persons unknown, knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained. The jury return- ■ ed a verdict of guilty on the second count of stealing from a dwelling, and accused was remanded for sentence. Henry Ernest Foote, who had plead-1 ed guilty in the Lower Court to three ( charges of breaking and entering and j theft by night, was sentenced to 12, months on each charge, the sentences to bo concurrent.. \
