Sir Arthur Duckham before embarking on the Niagara, left a message for Australians, declaring: “The growth and future prosperity of Australia is assured. Our report, however, has already indicated that all is not well with Australia. There will have to bo readjustments of mental attitudes and methods. The outstanding question before the people is whether these readjustments will he arrived at by political or industrial strife, or by saner and more humane methods of mutual co-operation and conciliation.” NON-UNION LABOUR, ADELAIDE, Fob. S. Indications point to all mills at Port Adelaide being in .full swing by .Monday. The owners have engaged non-union labour to augment the skeleton staffs which have been carrying on.
