FALL FROM A WINDOW
AUCKLAND TRAGEDY, fßy Telegraph. Per Press Association.j AUCKLAND, Feh. 5. A woman was killed instantaneously through falling to the footpath from the fifth storey of the Ngapuhi Chambers. Lome St. She lias been identified as Airs Florence Wilson, a widow aged sixty, residing at Takapnna. The window from which she fell is in the premises of the Alajestie School ol Dancing, conducted by Alademoiselle Aralerie Yaloska. and Air Lon Wilson, the son of the deceased. For some time Mrs Wilson had suffered from nervous dyspepsia and neurasthenia, and she was subject to frequent fainting fits. 'l'his morning Air Lon Wilson took her to- Auckland Hospital with the intention of arranging for treatment for her. but she refused to enter the hospital. After returning to the Ngapuhi Chambers, her son put her on a com-h telling her to lie down until he returned in a Mini- an hour. She agreed to do so. and Air Wilson thereupon set out for St. Holier’,s on business. Tt was twenty minutes later that the fatality occurred.
