FAILS TN U.S.A. AVIATION EXAM. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). WASHINGTON. Feb. 4. Lady Heath lias failed to pass a> the first trial in the Department o! Commerce examinations for a 'Transport Pilot’s Incense. The officials have explained that this is not due to her flying ability, which was ample to qualify her for a license, but was due to her igmeanee of the Department’s Air Traffic .Rigillations. Lady Heath said: “I feel Mamed foolish for flunking the examination. I am not sore at Uncle Sam. i am sore at myself for lalling down on such simple questions.”
