A very pretty wedding was solemnised at St. John’s Anglican Church. Westport, by the Rev. J. Bloyce on Monday morning, the contracting parties being Stephen, eldest son of Mr? and the late S. J. Atkinson, Orawaiti. to Hilda Alary, eldest daughter of Miami Airs Wilde, of Derby street Westport. The bride, who looked charming was given away by Mr Bay Coleman. Alisses .Maggie Wilde and Sadie Atkinson were the bridesmaids, and Messrs Gordon Atkinson and ,T. Bisk were best man and groomsman respectively After the ceremony, guests were entertained at the Elite tea rooms where the usual toasts where honoured.
