BELGIAN WITH GERMAN AIR PLANS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). PARTS. February 2. It is suspected that' counter-espion age is behind a supposed murder in the Bois de Boulogne of a Belgian named de Lattre, who recently tried to sell to the War Office a German device for stopping aeroplanes in flight. Close to the body the detectives found a letter, which read: “7 sold them five documents for nothing, if necessary. Tf anything happens to me you will know it was they who struck the blow.” Do Lattre had mentioned fear of reprisals 'for something which he had done. Secret Service men had shadowed him for some days.
