LATE LOCALS.
A meeting of the Hokitika ■ branch' oif the Canterbury Automobile Association will be held to-morrow (AA’ednesday) evening at 7.30 o’clock at the County Chambers. The s.s. Gael sailed for Milford Sound yesterday morning, but owing to the heavy southerly encountered, returned to Hokitika last evening at 7 o’clock. Weather permitting the steamer will again sail for Milford Sound and Bruce Bay to-morrow morning at 8 o’clock. The following team will represent thd Old Timers against Rimu at Rimu, or at Mental Hospital Grounds, at a date to be arranged:—l. Tainui, H. Tainui, O. Mason sen., Turi Tainui, D. Tainui, M. Tainui, Gordon Tainui, J. Muir senr., Bull Muir, Boy Muir, Arty Muir, Percy Muir, A. AA r akelin, Happy Martin, M. Keenan senr., D. Keenan junr. The healthful summer beverage— Trellis Brand Orange Cordial, the now drink. Order a bottle to-day. All stores.—Advt.
