SUPREME COURT.
(By Telegraph—Press Association). CHRISTCHURCH, Fob. 1. At the Supreme Court, the following prisoners were sentenced : Walter Grimsluiw, 29, single, for indecent assault on a boy and girl, to'three years’ gaol. The Judge said the accused while canvassing from house to house had committed the dreadful offence. Alliert Edward Herbert Vince, for bigamy, to two years’ gaol. Judge Adams said it was the worst case or bigamy he had heard for some time. Accused arrived in New Zealand in 1921 and married first one- woman and lived with another, and then committed bigamy by marrying a third. Robert Middleton, for indecent assault oil bis step-daughter, to five years’ gaol.
