LONDON, January 28. “The Times” Milan correspondem reports henceforth the Italian publishers- are to be invited to submit tinproofs of their political publications tithe local Fascist Federations, which, when in doubt, will submit them to the Fascist National Press Bureau fen examination. The Federations are instructed to treat with particular sever ity hyperbolical publications ridiculing Fascism on a pretext of exalting it.
