TRAIN MURDER

SYDNEY, January 23
Franz Hettinger, who was shot in a train, died at the hospital last night. William Leslie, aged 23, who jumped from tho train after the shooting, has been arrested about two hundred miles away and charged with having murdered Hettinger.
