(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright).
PARTS, Jan. 22
French political circles are disturbed at reports from Washington expressing tbe opinion that the Reparations Experts Committee is not concerned in the question of a Reparations loan which is a matter more or less for the distant future.
The progresive commercialisation oi the German war debt has been one ot the principal advantages which France has expected tp derive from the experts’ inquiry. • It is felt in many quarters that a situation will not otherwise he created which, according to AL Poincare, the Prime Alinister, will “perhaps permit France to contemplate the intor-Allied debts from a new angle. The commercialisation of the German debt has all along been regarded as providing a guarantee to justify France in considering the evacuation of the Rhineland.
