DAMAGES AWARDED
(Received this day at 12.25. p.m.) LONDON, January 22.
The King’s Bench jury awarded Horatio Botttomley £ISOO damages and costs against Henry James Houston in connection with a hook published by Hirst Blackett, who paid the agreed damages, after the jury disagreed in July. Houston to-day did not appear to contest the ease.
