MAN WHO SHOT PRINCESS. VIENNA, November 20. The English wife of Baron Felix von Partner has been "ranted a divorce. Gartner is awaiting trial on a charge of murdering Princess Zizi Mouheb, the beautiful daughter of an Egyptian exMinister, whom he shot in Vienna’s largest concert hall on November 3. According to her advocate’s statements in court, she had repeatedly postponed the marriage upon learning of further debts lie owed, hut he talked and wrote so beautifully and movingly that even her middle-aged stepson believed in his affection for her. During the honeymoon at Cannes he completely neglected her, spending his lime and her money gambling at Monte Carlo, and she went to London for two months. When she returned to Vienna she fpund a now list of debts and writs. The Public Proctor has entered notice of appeal against the divorce on the grounds that the rich English widow wanted to become a baroness and Gartner needed money; that she knew of his debts and gambling habits; that writs against him for debts were noground for divorce; and that an elderly Imshnud could not be demonstratively affectionate like a younger man.
