WEDDING BELLS
A very pretty wedding took place on Wednesday, January 9th, at St. Andrew’s Church, Hokitika, when two well known musicians were joined in holy matrimony by the Rev. Hayward, the contracting parties being Anthony James Bonetti (only son oif the late Mr Anthoni Rafael Bonetti, of Reefton, and Mrs A. Baker, of Wellington} and Mona Josephine, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs W. Pascoe, of Hokitika. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her (father, looked charming in a gown of snow white ehinelle georgette, with the customary veil and orange blossom, and carried a lovely shower bouquet of white roses and maiden hair fern. Miss Rita Borton aetdd as bridesmaid and Wore a frock of champagne crepe-de-chine with a tunic of tangerine georgette and picture hat to tone, and carried a bouquet o'f pink and lemon carnations. Little Joyce Durham, of Kotuku, niece of the bride, who flower girl, and was daintily dressed in pale lavender tulle, and carried a basket of mauve and lavender sweet peas. The duties ot best man were efficiently carried out by Mr Edward Best, of Hokitika. After the ceremony a reception Was held at Preston’s Tea Rooms, 1
