HAPPY HOURS
The value of gas for affording happy hours in the home is being well demonstrated all over the world. So far as the British Empire is concerned, over six million homes in England are the happier because of the use of gas .for cooking. In the same way many thousands of homes in Australia and New Zealand have installed »gas, and work and drudgery are the less because of the wisdom shown. All large hostels in the centres now- use gas for cooking and heating ,in every form. The convenience and cleanliness arc the deciding matters in this decision. Gas in the home has now become a first essential. It is so labour saving. Also it is time and space saving. Gas appliances of to-day are highly economical, and with high efficiency supply all that a careful household needs in good management. Where heat is necessary gas is the most convenient, efficient and reliable. It is also much cheaper in tho end. These facts arc being brought home everywhere, and are the reason lor the more universal use ol gas where heat is required. There are appliances ffoiwashing, cooking, bathing, ironing and all domestic purposes. Enquire at the Gas Works. Stafford Street, or from Mr W. U. Shannon, Revel! Street.
