China was linked up with the western world to-day by radio, with the inauguration of the Chinese Government radio service, capable of communicating with the greater part ol the world. Twenty-two important cities throughout the country have been linked up with the central station at Shanghai. Inauguration messages were successlui lv exchanged between Shanghai ami New York.
