There is a good deal ol' satisfaction at the Palace this morning owing to the issue of a bulletin in which there is the first mention of progress since hist Wednesday. It is, however, emphasised that progress must he very slow and that the period of difficulties and nnxiety is not yet passed. The Queen’s cold is better, but she is keeping within doors. A COMFORTABLE DAY. LONDON, January 14. Official.—The King had a comfortable day. His condition is unchanged. PALACE NEWS. A . (Received this day at 12.25. p.m.) LONDON, Jan. U. ’ . Dr Dawson spent an hour at the Palace. Raya were not applied. The Prince of Wales motored to Sandringham, where he will spend a few days shooting. Prince George has a slight cold.
