JUDGE HIGGINS. (Australian Press Association) (United Service.)- » (Received this day at 11.25. a.m.) DtELBOUHNE, January 14. Justice Higgins of the High Court of Australia died suddenly from a paralytic stroke at, his home, Dromano, aged seventy-eight. He had been in good health. He is survived hy a;,, widow, his only soil having been killed at the war.
