TWO YOUTHS ARRESTED. (Australian Press Association) (United Serf-ice.) (Received this day. at 10.30. a.m.) MELBOURNE, January 8. Tim police arrested Cliflord Issell, aged 17. and Ronald Trehearn, aged 17. who were charged with having placed an obstruction on the railway line „at Ihtchhus .Marsh, cabled on .Monday. It is alleged the youths told the police they placed the sleepers on the line.
