It is officially announced that Ihe Army Council spent a day suiting up tlioh necessary committees to deal with finance and other formalities. One committee deals with press matters and prepares a daily bulletin for eaeli of three sessions, which opened with prayer.
At the first, a message expressing love and sympathy in his illness was sent lo General Booth. It was oilier ally stated that his residence at Suubiirv was nob compulsory.
