LIGHT AIRCRAFT

NEW BRITISH ’PLANE. INTERESTING DEVELOPMENT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, January i. A new type of machine has been added to the serdies- of British light aeroplanes, it marks an interesting development in the production of British aircliaft. with a different, chamber top and bottom. the designer of the Spartan claims that the particular section he has e volved compares well with tin-sc used' on other light aircraft. The engine is a-Cirrus Mark Third, whhh is a development of a typo already widely circulated over the world. The maximum speed is stated to he 103 miles an hour.
