AN ADDITIONAL EXIT. (By Telegraph—Dress Association). AUCKLAND, Jan. I. After a voyage of "1 days nom England, the trawler Humphrey rea- lied Auckland late to-night. T he vessel is the latest addition to lhe fleet if trawlers owned by Sanloni, LimitMi. and was purchased by the cominiiy to replace the trawler Thomas Bryan, which was wrecked near Capo Colville last June. The Humphrey is a steel ves-e! of L'O'i tons, and was built at Queonsferry in 1913.- Her former name was Thomas Earocloth.
Before vi 11*4 iKngland she was especially lined tor lisihing in New Zealand waters. Slit* sailed from Falmouth on October I’dlh. ami came to New Zealand via Port Said, Coloniibo. and .lava, crossing the Tasman Sea from. (Inode Island Lo Auckland, a distance ol O-jUtl miles. Seven steam *w hale chasers have recently been ordered irom Smith’s Dock (om])anv. Knginm!, by the Kosmos Winding Company for service in the Boss Sea. The Norwegian company has also ordered a ‘il.OdO-ton factory ship from Workman, Clarke and Company, Belfast.
