THE NEW TURKEY.
“The only way in which the Turkish nation can overcome ignorance is through education, and this can he mime possible only by a new Turkish alphabet. The adoption of the new characters in the form of law will constitute one of the greatest reforms in our struggle towards progress, and will assure the entrance of Turkey into the great family, of the civilised peoples.
