A BOYISH PRANK. (Australian Press Association). (Received, this day at 8 a.m.) BRISBANE, January 3. The coat of arms incident lias taken a dramatic turn by the announcement to-night that two small hoys had confessed to having removed the Consul’s brassplate along with others: “Just for fun.” The DcpuFy Premier hopes the matter is now ended and respectfully suggests that the Italian community abandon the proposed ceremony.
