WEDDING BELLS
A very pretty wedding in which a good deal cl interest was shown was celebrated yesterday at St. Andrew ’a Presbyterian' Clmrdi, Liu* contracting parties being Mr Albert J. Jamieson, son of Mr and Mrs A. Jamieson, of Koiterangi, and Miss F.sme •Rntlivcn; dang Titer of Mr and Mrs J. lie liutbven. of Hampden Street, Hokitika'. The church was preLtily decorated by members o! tae choir, ol which' the bride bad been for a long time herself a Member. The otlic iat'iig Minister was Rev. -) \V. Hayward and M.ss Piiyliis Thompson pi'esid d at the organ and played the wedding march. Mr Leslie Jamieson, brother of Lhe bridegroom, a'-ted as best mail, and Mr Gabriel Heinz, cousin of the bride, as groomsman.. Tim bridesmaids were Miss Xita Jamieson, sister of the bridegroom, and .Miss Fngie R.utlivon, sister of the bride. The bride looked charming in a frock of pale pink crepe ile chine, trimmed with late, with the customary veil and orange blossoms, and earned a beautifill Ibouquet. .Miss Xita Jamieson wore a becoming frock of liege murid tc, and Miss R iitlivojta prel-ty dress of blue crepe de rhino ami bulb carried lovely bouquets, sin -wees ol confetti greeted the happy comJe on leaving the church. The wedding breakfast to which about 8.1 guests sat down, was held in St. Andrew's Hail. Mr and Mrs Rntlivcn iivcivcd the guests. Mi's Uutliveii being. gowned in a biscuit coloured dress of crepe de chine, with'hat to match. The following was the toast list; “Tho Xing;” ‘‘The bride and bridegroom,’’ (Rev. J. W. Hayward); “‘Hridosmaiil.s,” (Mr G. Heinz, jiinr.) ; ‘‘Parents oi bride and bridegroom,” (Mr Fleming); “Absent friends,” (Mr M"inz); ‘‘Officiating Minister,” (Mr ■Staples).
