The aerial age is brought a big step nearer with a British attempt to provide a runabout single-seater aeroplane to be sold for £3OO. These aie at present being constructed at the Brooklynds Aerodrome. They arc intended for short trips. The wing span is 25ft, and the ’plsPnos have an A.8.C.-Scorpion engine. It is the answer to a German firm’s two-seater runabout selling at £SOO.
