OTAGO V. WELLINGTON. WELLINGTON, Dec. 28. The Plunkct Shield match was continued in fine weather. Monk was caught off McGirFs fourth ball. Runs came freely. At 318, Galland was caught off Foley’s second delivery. Oavanagh skied one before scoring. At noon the score was 322 for six wickets. Blunt reached the century just after noon having been in 204 minutes. The wickets then fell quickly and Otago were all out at 12.30 p.m,, leaving Wellington 339 to get to win.
