Telegraph Office:—9 a.in. to lmon and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Postal: —The usual mails will be despatched for Arahurn, Greymoutb. Christchurch and North Island, also South Westland down to Wailio Gorge. All mails will be closed at 7.45 a.m. Town posting boxes will be cleared at 6.30 a.m. All other mails usually despatched on Wednesday are cancelled, and will close at the usual time on Thursday instead.
