Lyle Mary Baker, aged nineteen, for permitting the use of an instrument for an illegal purpose, was admitted to probation for two years. Ohif Christian Knrlson was sentenced to twelve months’ hard labour lor breaking and entering. William Cecil Rhodes to twelve months’ hard labour for stealing a horse, and Edward Kelly to two years’ probation for supplying a noxious thing.
