A METHODIST SANTA CLAUS
There was a full muster of the scholars of Si. Paul's .Methodist Sunday S' iiool at (i o’clock last evening. A dainty si; down tea had been prepared by the ladies uf the Church Guild and tim senior Bible Class girls wore in attendance to assist in supplying the children’s desires. A ’.Xmas tree ladoiled with toys stood at the end of tho room and al 8 o'clock punctually Kmther ’Xmas arrived in his well known dress nod distributed the gifts, each child receiving a toy or other useful presents, a hag of sweets, a balloon, a bon-bon. A short programme followed during which Betty Del - bridge played a pianoforte' solo. Helen Benton and Doreen Orr recited and Lily Bed I sang a solo. The evening was brought, to a close with a general sing song and at f) o’clock the little iolk wore dismissed, smiling and ladoncd, tired out hut liappv.
