futhbert McKendry. aged 39. was -Might in the jaws of a conveyor at tlic power house-, Newcastle, has arm being smashed to pulp. Ambulance bearers held him up while three doctors amputated the arm. The opera tinu was performed in five, minuter. McKendry is now in the hospital, and is expected to recover.
