'fim Argentine Government have mobilised a strong and ellieient guard of soldiers and sailors io aid fifteen hundred police in protecting Mr Hoover upon his arrival in the city, which is lavishly decorated to celebrate the occasion. Extraordinary preraut ions have been taken along the entire line oi' march.
