The Paraguayan Charge d'Affairs delivered a Note to the State Departguayan situation as giving rise to the danger of imminent war. The Note transmit ted advices received I torn Paraguay to the effect that Kolivia was massing troops and war materials on the herder. The Bolivian Minister said he had no information from his Government concerning the warlike preparation.
