Mr Locker Lampson in answer to a question said Unit the Government was giving attention i.o (.he remodiiieation of maritime law, a.m! question of so-called freedom ol the seas, in view of the Kellogg Pact, hut at present, lie was unable to make a statement on the subject. Sir (’unlilfi Lister, in answer to a question, said the Board o| Trade inquiry into the wreck of the eslris would be held in London as soon as possible by the Wreck Commissioner, with assessors. An arrangement was being made to take evidence in America. and they were attempting to secure the attendance of important: witnesses in London.
