MAKES IMPORTANT ANIVOUNCE-

MENT.

Announcement has just been made, by Walter P. Chrysler, President of Chrysler Corporation and Dodge Brothers Corporation, of the newlvorganised Chrysler Export Corporation of Detroit. This separate organization will devote its entire time to the development of closer co-operation with all Chrysler and Dodge Brothers overseas organizations.

The Chrysler Export Corporation will have charge of the overseas distribution of Chrysler Sixes, Dodge Brothers cars and Graham Brothers trucks, the Plymouth and De Soto motor ears and the new line of Fargo commercial cars and trucks. The advantage of this arrangement to the overseas organisation is obvious as it provides for the most economical and efficient co-ordination of all Chrysler and Dodge Brothers export business.

The methods and policies which have prevailed in the past and which have been so successful in the overseas ‘distribution of Chrysler and Dodge Brothers products will be continued. But the co-ordination of all efforts will permit even closer and more specialized attention to the needs and re quirements of the overseas markets.

The President and General Manager of the new Chrysler Export Corporation will be E. C. Morse, who for the past four years has been Director ol Export Sales for the Chrysler SaleCorporation. Prior to his association with the Chrysler organization he was for many years Sales Manager for the Hudson Motor Company and previous ly Director of Exports of the National Begister Company. Mr Morse has acquired an actual first hand knowledge of conditions abroad by personal visits to nearly all countries of the world. Mis experience and leadership give assurance to all Chrysler and Dodge Brothers overseas organizations ol sound and practical methods and intelligent co-operation. The Chrysler Export Corporation will include efficient and experienced men who have been assisting in the development of the overseas organizations of Chrysler and Dodge Brotheis. Operations will continue along the same lines as in the past and peisonal contacts will he much the same as heretofore.

As in the past, Chrysler cars will be sold by Chrysler distributors anti dealers, and as before, Dodge Brothers cars and Graham Brothers, trucks will be sold by Dodge Brothers dealers and associate dealers. The separate identity of these two great lines of motor vehicles will he maintained.
